Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction
This Refund and Cancellation Policy is applicable to all customers of Adhoc Softwares, a software product development company registered under the laws of India/Tamil Nadu.
2. General Terms
- Customers are advised to read and understand this policy before making any purchase or signing any service contract.
- By making a purchase or entering into a service contract, customers agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this policy.
3. Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds:
Software products must be requested for a refund within 3 days from the date of purchase.Development services must be canceled within 5 days from the date of the contract.
Software products must not have been downloaded, installed, or activated.
Services must not have been fully rendered or significantly progressed. - Non-refundable Items:
Custom or personalized software solutions. Software that has been downloaded, installed, or activated. Services that have been fully rendered or significantly progressed.
Maintenance or support services after they have been delivered. - Refund Process:
Customers must contact our customer service at support@adhocsoftwares.com to initiate a refund request.
Upon approval, refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer’s original method of payment within 7 days.
Any fees related to transactions or third-party services may be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Software Purchases:
Orders for software products can be canceled within 4 hours of placing the order, provided the software has not been downloaded or activated.
To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer service at support@adhocsoftwares.com. - Development Services:
Service contracts can be canceled within 3 days of signing the contract.
To cancel a service contract, customers must contact our customer service at support@adhocsoftwares.com.
If a service contract is canceled after work has begun, customers may be billed for the work completed up to the point of cancellation. - Non-cancellable Items:
Custom or personalized software solutions once development has begun.
Software products that have been downloaded, installed, or activated.
Services that have been fully rendered or significantly progressed.
5. Exceptions
- Certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Software with obvious signs of use or installation.Services partially rendered at the time of cancellation.Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
